Publishing to iCal
If you use iCal to plan your day-to-day activities, you can publish transaction information to iCal. This enables you to keep all of your tasks and reminders in one application. You can publish the following:
■
sales
■
purchases
■
recurring transactions
■
reminder logs.
Software required
To publish to iCal, you need Mac OS X 10.4 or later installed.
Automatically open iCal upon startup
If you publish information to iCal, there may a be a short delay when you open your company file. This is because your software needs to synchronise with iCal. To avoid this delay, add iCal to the list of applications that automatically open when you log in to your computer. For more information on adding applications to the login items, see Mac Help.
