UPS Shipping Setup - UPS Account Setup view
This view of the UPS Shipping Setup assistant allows you to enter your UPS account number and set up multiple profiles. Each account and profile can have different or the same detail information.
Field Descriptions
UPS Account
Enter your UPS account number in this field. If you do not have a UPS account you can click here to go to the UPS website or call UPS directly.
Profile Name
Enter a profile name for this account. You can enter up to 20 alpha-numeric characters and have multiple profiles for the account.
Company or Name
Enter the company name or the individual name the UPS account is registered to.
Address
Enter the address the UPS account is registered to.
City
Enter the city the UPS account is registered to.
Country
Click to select from the list that appears, the country the UPS account is registered to.
Contact Name
Enter the name of the person to be contacted for this account.
Title
Enter the title of the contact person for this account.
Email Address
Enter the email address of the contact person for this account.
Phone Number
Enter the phone number of the contact person for this account.

I received an invoice from UPS for this account in the past 90 days
to enter the details of the previous invoice. The following fields appear when this option is selected:

Invoice Date
Enter the date of the previous invoice used for this account. If you’d like to enter a date using a calendar, click the calendar icon or press the space bar to open the calendar window.

Invoice Number
Enter the number of the previous invoice used for this account.
▪
Control ID
Enter the control number of the previous invoice used for this account.
▪
Invoice Amount
Enter the amount of the previous invoice used for this account.
Confirm
Click to confirm the account information entered is correct and that you want to configure your UPS account.
Back
Click to go to previous step.
Close
Click to close the window and cancel the setup.
