Shipping Manager window
The Shipping Manager allows you to keep track of the shipments that have been created. You have the ability to search for specific criteria to find the shipment or create a new shipment from this window.
Field Descriptions
View
Select All UPS Accounts/UPS Accounts/No UPS Account to display the shipments that meet selected criteria.
Search by
Select All Shipments/Card/Invoice Number/Tracking Number/Shipment/Reference to display the shipments that meet selected criteria.
Dated From/To
Enter the dates to display shipments dated within the range entered. If you’d like to enter a date using a calendar, click the calendar icon or press the space bar to open the calendar window.
Date
Displays the date the shipment was created.
Invoice #
Displays the invoice number if a shipment is associated with a recorded invoice.
Company/Name
Displays the company name or name of the person on the shipment created.
Contact
Displays the name of the contact person entered on the shipment.
Shipping Service
Displays the shipping service entered on the shipment.
PKG
Displays the total number of packages included in the shipment.
Tracking Number
Displays the tracking number, given by UPS when the shipment is created.
Reference
Displays the reference, up to 35 alpha-numeric characters used as a package ID.
Weight
Displays the total weight of the packages included in the shipment
*Est Cost
Displays the cost of the shipment when entered, however these costs are estimated because there may be other fees added.
Report
Click to display a report for the shipments displayed in this view.
Label
Click to print the default label using the Printer settings entered in the UPS Shipping Setup window.
Track
Click to open the UPS web site to track the shipment. The Tracking Number for the selected shipment is entered automatically.
Email
Click to open the Review Shipments Before Emailing window for the selected shipment. The email template selected as the default will be displayed. If an email was entered for email notification when the shipment was created it will be displayed. If none was selected, the Shipping To address will be used.
Void
Click to void the tracking number assigned to the selected shipment on the UPS web site. The selected shipment will no longer be available in the Shipping Manager window.
History
Click to open the UPS web site to view the details for selected package.
New Shipment
Click to create a new shipment. The Create a UPS Shipment window appears.
Close
Click to close the window.
