Registering to eFile payroll tax forms

By registering for the Payroll Forms eFile Service, you will be able to submit payroll tax forms electronically for your company without having to worry about paper forms, magnetic media, or dial-up filing services.

When your enrollment has been approved, you will be emailed an eFile User ID and Password. You will be required to enter your registration ID and password every time you eFile a payroll tax form using your software.

In most cases, your registration will be processed within 48 hours. After your registration has been approved, you can use the online Aatrix eFile Center to verify your registration information and to update your eFile User ID, Password and other information as necessary.

note :

You can register for eFiling as a taxpayer if you prepare and submit payroll tax forms for your company only. If you prepare payroll forms for multiple clients, you should register as a preparer.

To register to eFile payroll tax forms

When you have finished editing a payroll form, you will be given the option to print or eFile the official form. If you choose eFile, the eFile Login window will appear.

Click Enrollment and then follow the instructions on the eFile System website to enroll online for the Payroll Forms eFiling service. If you need help, dial the eFile Support Center (701-795-9949).

When your eFile registration has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation message via email. That message will include step-by-step instructions for completing your registration process.

To change your eFile registration information

When you have finished editing a payroll form, you will be given the option to print or eFile the official form. If you choose eFile, the eFile Login window will appear..

Enter your eFile Username and Password and then click Login.

Follow the instructions on the eFile System website to change your Payroll Forms eFiling Service enrollment information.
