Analyze Profit & Loss window - Ledger view

Month	This field displays the month or range of months you selected in the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Profit & Loss). If you selected Last Year’s Actuals Only in the Analysis Selection window, months displayed are from the previous fiscal year. All other selections in the Analysis Selection window will display months in the current fiscal year. To display a range of months, in the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Profit & Loss), click the first month in the range and then, holding down the mouse button, move the arrow over the months until you have selected the range of months you wish.
List of accounts	The list displays the income, cost of sales, expense, other income and other expense accounts in your chart of accounts. Use the Up and Down buttons at the bottom of the window to select the account levels you wish to see in this list.
List of amounts	The list displays the amounts associated with each of the accounts in the list on the left side of the window. The names of the columns and the amounts that appear in this list depend upon the selections you made in the Analysis Selection window.
Difference	The difference column appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window. The information appears as amounts (if you click the Dollar button below) or percentages (if you click the Percentage button below) and is associated with each of the accounts in the list on the left side of the window. The Difference column displays the amount or percentage difference between Actual and Budget or This Year and Last Year, based on the selection you made in the Analysis Selection window.
Print button	Click the Print button to print one of the reports below. The report will reflect the information displayed in this window. Filters button	Click this arrow to open the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Profit & Loss), where you can change the type of information that’s displayed in this window.
Up and Down buttons	Use these buttons to indicate which level of accounts you wish to view.
Ledger button	Click the Ledger button to return to the Ledger view from the Graph view. This button appears only if you've selected This Year's Actuals Only, Last Year's Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.
Dollar button	Click the Dollar button to display the difference, in dollars, between the amounts displayed in the list in the top half of the window in the Ledger view. This button appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
Percent button	Click the Percent button to display the difference, as a percentage, between the amounts displayed in the list in the top half of the window in the Ledger view. This button appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
Sales button	Click the Sales button to display the amounts displayed in the top half of the window as a percentage of sales in the Ledger view. This button appears only if you selected Actuals vs. Budgets or This Year vs. Last Year in the Analysis Selection window.
Net P&L button	Click the Net P&L button to display Profit & Loss information in the Graph view.
Close button	Click this button to close this window.
