The Analyze Inventory window allows you to review the current status of the items you’ve entered into the MYOB AccountEdge system. The fields in this window are view-only; that is, you can’t change any of the information using this window.
This window shows quantity information only. If you want to see past sales activity of items, use the Analyze Sales window to do so.
The Analyze Inventory window uses two views to display inventory information: Summary view and Detail View.
The Detail view, displayed by entering a specific item number in the Item # field at the top of the Analyze Inventory window, allows you to view pending transaction information for a single item at a time. The Detail view can also be displayed from the Summary view by clicking a zoom arrow next to an item’s number.
