Calculate Overdue Since Bill Date

Choose this selection if you want to view information about the money you owe based upon the number of days that have passed since bills were recorded.

Calculate Overdue Using Bill Terms

Choose this selection if you want to view information about the money you owe based upon the number of days payments are overdue, as determined by your credit terms with vendors.

Payables As Of

Enter a date by which MYOB AccountEdge can base the number of days since the purchase date.

Include $0.00 Balance Bills

Mark this selection if you wish to include purchases with zero balances (sometimes known as “closed purchases”) in the Analyze Payables window.

This function can be handy if you’re searching for a particular purchase which may have been paid in full.
