Print __ Copies of Each Selected Label |
If you want to print multiple copies of the labels you’ve selected in this window, enter the number of copies you want to print in this field. Please note: If your operating system Print dialog box allows you to specify the number of copies you want to print, you generally should enter 1 here. If you specify the number of copies you want using AccountEdge and in the Print dialog box, you may end up with many more copies of the form than you’d planned. |
Print column |
This column is used to indicate the labels you wish to print. All labels that have a mark next to them in the Print column are marked to be printed; if you don’t want to print a specific label, click the mark to remove it. If you wish to print a label and a mark doesn’t appear in the Print column, click the column to add it. |
List of Sales or Cards |
The list displays summary information about all sales or cards you selected in the Forms Selection - Print Sale Forms window. Shipping labels (Sales Command Center): If you wish to display the Sales window to view or change detailed information about a sale, click the zoom arrow next to the invoice number. Mailing labels (Card File Command Center): If you wish to display the Card Information window to view or change detailed information about a card, click the zoom arrow next to the card. |
All button |
Click this button to enter marks in the Print column for every invoice or card in the list. |
None button |
Click this button to clear all marks from the Print column. When you click this button, no labels can be printed because no labels are selected for printing. |
Print button |
Click this button when you’re satisfied with the labels you’ve selected to print. When you click this button, the Print dialog box for your computer will appear; click OK to print the labels. |
Cancel button |
Click this button to close this window without saving any changes you made. |
