Total Workstations Lisensed	This field displays the number of workstations that are currently able to access this company file. If you've purchased a new workstation lisense number to increase the number of workstations that can access a company file, the new workstation lisense number must first be entered in the Workstation Lisense Number field of the Company Information window before this field shows the proper number of workstations.
User ID column	This list shows which user IDs are currently accessing this company file.
OK button	Click this button to close the Active Workstations window.
