Analysis Selection - Analyze Sales window

This Year's Actuals Only

Choose this selection if you want to view sales information for the current fiscal year in the Analyze Sales window. The information will be for the month you select at the bottom of this window for the current fiscal year.

Last Year's Actuals Only

Choose this selection if you want to view sales information for the previous fiscal year in the Analyze Sales window. The information will be for the month you select at the bottom of this window for the previous fiscal year.

This Year vs. Last Year ($)

Choose this selection if you want to view a comparison of your current fiscal year's sales activity with the previous fiscal year's sales activity in the Analyze Sales window on a dollar amount basis.

This Year vs. Last Year (%)

Choose this selection if you want to view a comparison of your current fiscal year's sales activity with the previous fiscal year's sales activity in the Analyze Sales window on a percentage basis.

All Items

Choose this selection if you want to view sales activity by item in the Analyze Sales window.

All Customers

Choose this selection if you want to view sales activity by customer in the Analyze Sales window.

All Salespeople

Choose this selection if you want to view sales activity by salesperson in the Analyze Sales window.

Selected Period

Choose a month by clicking its abbreviation in the panel. If you want to view information about more than one month, click the first month and hold the mouse button down as you drag the mouse to the last month you want to view. When you click the OK button to display the Analyze Sales window, the amounts displayed will reflect activity through the end of the last month you select here.

Remember, if you chose the Last Year's Actuals Only selection, the month or months you select here will be from the previous fiscal year. All other selections at the top of this window are for the current fiscal year.

Cancel button

Click this button to close this window without saving any changes you made.

OK button

Click this button to accept the entries you've made in this window. The information in the Analyze Sales window will reflect the entries you've accepted.
