Entering purchases in the Bank Register window
Step 3: Indicate which accounts will be affected by the transaction

The Bank Register window should be displayed

In the Account field, select which account will be affected by the transaction.

Note: If the transaction requires more than one allocation account

The Bank Register can be used for quick entry of purchases with just one allocation account. If a transaction uses more than one account, enter the purchase in the Purchases window. Follow the procedure described in Entering purchases.
