In MYOB AccountEdge, you'll enter pay bills transactions to indicate that you've made payments for the purchases you've made with your vendors. When you enter a bill payment in AccountEdge, you apply the payment to one or more of your outstanding purchase balances. You also can choose to apply vendor debits while preparing to apply the payment.
