The Sales & Purchases Information window allows you to set up information and methods that can be selected in the Sales and Purchases windows and printed on sales and purchases, if you wish. The window has four views.

The Comments view is used to set up a standard list of greetings, memos, reminders and any other salutations you often include on sales and purchases.
