The Sales & Purchases Information window allows you to set up information and methods that can be selected in the Sales and Purchases windows and printed on sales and purchases, if you wish. The window has four views.

The Payment Methods view is used to set up a standard list of payment methods included on sales -- quotes, orders and invoices.
