Field Name column
The names of the fields that are available for the selected report appear in this column. Every field with a mark in the Display column will be printed on the report.

Display column
Click the field in this column for every field in the Fields column that you want to include on the printed report. Every field with a mark in the Display column will be printed. If don't want to include a field that is marked to be printed, click its mark to remove it.

Cancel button
Click this button to remove all the entries you've made and close the window.

OK button
Click this button to save the changes you've made to this report's design.
