Activity Information window - History view

Activity ID and Name
The ID number and name of the activity whose history you're viewing appears in this field.

This FY: #### and FY ####
This field indicates the fiscal years for which you're viewing history information.

The "This FY" field indicates your current fiscal year. Activity history information for your current fiscal year appears in the table at the left of this window.

The "and FY" field indicates the fiscal year whose activity history information appears in the table at the right of this window. Click the left zoom arrow to view activity history information for a previous fiscal year. You can enter activity history information for up to five previous fiscal years. To view history for a more recent fiscal year, click the right zoom arrow.

FY #### Units Column
This column displays the total number units of this activity sold in each month of the fiscal year indicated in the title of the column. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total number of units sold for the fiscal year.

You can enter historical unit sales amounts for up to five fiscal years prior to the current fiscal year up to the current month.

Sales column
This column displays the total sales amount for this activity in each month of the fiscal year indicated in the title of the FY #### Units column of this table. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total sales amount for the fiscal year.

You can enter historical sales amounts for up to five fiscal years prior to the current fiscal year up to the current month.

Cost Of Sales column
This column displays the total cost of sales amount for this activity in each month of the fiscal year indicated in the title of the FY #### Units column of this table. The Totals field at the bottom of this column displays the total cost of sales amount for the fiscal year.

You can enter historical cost of sales amounts for up to five fiscal years prior to the current fiscal year up to the current month.
