All Activities tab
Click this tab to display a list of all activities you've entered in the MYOB AccountEdge system.

Hourly tab
Click this tab to display a list of all of your hourly activities. These are the activities for which you selected Hourly in the Type field in the Profile view of the Activity Information window.

Non-hourly tab
Click this tab to display a list of all of your non-hourly activities. These are the activities for which you selected Non-hourly in the Type field in the Profile view of the Activity Information window.

Search
Enter the ID number of an activity you wish to find in the scrolling list. If you can't remember the entire activity ID number, enter as much of the number as you can remember; the activity whose number most closely matches the numbers you typed will be selected in the scrolling list.

# Found
The number of activities displayed in the list appears in this field.

Activity ID/Name column
This column displays the activities of the category whose tab you selected at the top of the window (All, Hourly, Non-hourly). Both the activity ID number and name of each activity are displayed. If you want to view more information about an activity, click the zoom arrow next to the activity's ID number.

Type column
This column displays the type of each activity in the list as either hourly or non-hourly.

Status column
This column displays the status of each activity in the list as either chargeable (included on time billing invoices) or non-chargeable (not included on time billing invoices but tracked on activity slips).

Print button
Click this button to print an Activities List report.

New button
Click this button to open the Profile view of the Activity Information window, where you can create a new activity record.

Edit button
Click this button after you've highlighted an activity in the scrolling list to open the Profile view of the Activity Information window, where you can change information about the activity.

Close button
Click this button to close this window.
