The Exchange Rate window allows you to change the currency exchange rate that's used for a particular transaction.

The entries you make in the Exchange Rate window will affect only the transaction that's currently displayed. If you wish to change the exchange rate for all future transactions that use this currency, mark the Update Current Exchange Rate in the Currency List with Transaction Exchange Rate option.
