Search By

Use this field to limit your search to Customer, Vendor, Employee or Personal cards, or choose All if you want to view cards of more than one type.

Last Contact Before
Enter a date to restrict the list of cards to the people and companies who haven't been contacted since that date.

Recontact On/Before
Enter a date to restrict the list of cards to the people and companies whose recontact dates occur on or before that date.

Identifiers
Enter as many as 10 identifiers to restrict the list of cards you want to display in the list.

ZIP Code From/To
Enter a ZIP code to restrict the list of cards for which labels will be printed to the people and companies whose primary address is located in that ZIP code area.

Custom List # 1, # 2, # 3
Select an entry from any or all three of the custom lists to restrict the list of cards to the people and companies who have been assigned that entry.

Click this button to clear the entries you made in this window and close the window.

OK button
Click this button to accept your entries. The cards that match the selections you've made will appear in the Cards List window.
