This search field provides a shortcut to the selection you want. This is useful if there are more selections in the list than appear in the window.

List of entries
All the entries currently in the system.

New button
Click this button to create a new entry in the list.

Easy-Add button
If you type an entry in the Look for field that is not already in the list, click this button and the new entry is automatically added to the list.

Use button
Click this button to select the highlighted entry.

Cancel button
Click this button to leave this window.
