A/R Balance
This field displays the current outstanding balance of the sales for the selected customer. To open the Analyze Receivables window and view a summary list of the transactions that make up this balance, click the zoom arrow.

View
Choose to view all jobs for this customer, jobs for this customer that are 100% complete, or jobs for this customer that are incomplete.

Job column
This column displays each job's job number and description.

Reimbursable column
An "X" appears in this column indicates that reimbursable expenses are being tracked for a job. The column is blank if reimbursable expenses aren't being tracked.

Percent Complete column
This column indicates the percentage of each job that is complete.

Net Profit (Loss) column
This column shows the net profit or loss for each job at this time.

Print button
Click this button to print the Jobs List report for this card.

New Job button
Click this button to open the New Job - Job Information window, where you can record a new job for this customer. (Be sure to link the customer to the new job in the New Job - Job Information window.)

Edit Job button
Click this button open the Edit Job - Job Information window, where you can edit the selected job.

New button
Click this button to begin entering a new card in the Card Information window.

OK button
Click this button to close this window.
