Choose Lists on the menu bar and then choose Identifiers.

1. In the Card File Command Center, click Cards List.
2. Highlight a card file entry in the Cards List window and then click Edit. The Card Information window appears.
3. Click the Card Details tab.
4. Click the Identifiers button to open the Select Identifiers window.
5. Click the arrow next to any letter of the alphabetical list.
