Order column
If you marked the I Buy This Item selection in the Profile view of the Item Information window for an item, a zoom arrow will appear in the Order column for that item. Click the zoom arrow to open the Purchases window, where you can create a purchase order for the item. If the item has a primary vendor and a reorder quantity (both of which are entered in the Buying Details view of the Item Information window), most of the information in the purchase order will be automatically entered for you.
Name column
This column displays the names of the items whose quantities are lower than the minimum levels you set up in the Buying Details view of the Item Information window.
Build column
If an item is created by auto-building it, a zoom arrow will appear in the Build column for that item. Click the zoom arrow to zoom to the Auto-Build Inventory window, where you can automatically build more of the item.
On Hand column
This column displays the current quantities in AccountEdge of all your items whose quantities are low.
On Order column
This column displays the item quantities from purchase orders - items that have been purchased but haven't yet been delivered to you from vendors.
Committed column
This column displays item quantities from sales orders - items that are sold but not yet delivered to customers.
(Action column)
If you wish to automatically create a purchase order to restock an item or build more items to replenish its quantity, click the item in this column, then click the Order/Build button at the bottom of the window.
Print button
Click this button to print the To Do List - Items to Reorder or Build report.
Order/Build button
Click this button after marking the action column for one or more items in the list. Depending upon the items you selected, AccountEdge will either create a purchase order to restock item quantities or automatically build more finished items.
Close button
Click this button to leave this window.
