To find the Customize Packing Slips (Professional) window

1. In the Sales Command Center, click Print Invoices to open the Forms Selection window for invoices, packing slips and shipping labels.
2. From the Form Layout list at the top of the window, choose Packing Slip (Professional).
3. Click the Customize button at the bottom of the window.
