To find the Customize Form 1096 window

1. In the Purchases Command Center, click Print 1099s and 1096 to open the Set Up 1099s and 1096 window. Select 1096 in Form field.
1. Click OK to open the Forms Selection window - Print 1099s and 1096.
2. Click the Customize button at the bottom of the window.
