Balance Sheet
Choose this selection if you wish to work with historical balances for the balance sheet detail accounts (asset, liability and equity accounts) in your accounts list.

P&L
Choose this selection if you wish to work with historical balances for the profit and loss detail accounts (income, cost of sales, expense, other income and other expense accounts) in your accounts list.

Month Ending
This field displays the current month whose account balances are displayed in the scrolling list. Click the left arrow to change the Month Ending field to the previous month. Click the right arrow to change to the next month.

Acct # and Name columns
These columns display the number and name of each balance sheet or profit and loss detail account in your accounts list.

Month-End Balance column
Enter your accounts' month-end balance (for balance sheet accounts) or their monthly net activity (for profit and loss accounts) in this column.

Print button
Click this button to print the Balance Sheet report.

Previous button
Click this button to change the Month Ending field to the previous month.

Next button
Click this button to change the Month Ending field to the next month.

OK button
Click this button to close this window after you've finished making entries.
