Mail Merge column
Use the Mail Merge column to indicate which cards you wish to export. All cards with a mark displayed in the Mail Merge column are marked to be exported; if you don't want to export a card, click the mark to remove it. If you wish to export a card and a mark doesn't appear in the Mail Merge column, click the column to add it.
List of cards
Summary information about all cards you selected in the Forms Selection - Create Personalized Letters window is displayed in this column, including the card name, type and balance associated with it, if applicable.
Type column
The card type -- Customer, Vendor, Employee or Personal -- is displayed in this column.
Balance column
The current balance the customer has with you or the balance you have with the vendor is displayed in this column. This column is blank for employee and personal cards.
All button
Click this button to enter marks in the Mail Merge column for every card in the list.
None button
Click this button to clear all marks from the Mail Merge column. When you click this button, a mail merge file can't be created because no cards are selected for exporting.
