You can make many of the same entries on a time billing invoice as you do on other sales layouts to complete the transaction.
The status of the sale is Invoice. You can change the status to a quote or order, if you wish. To do this, click the arrow in the upper left corner of the Sales window and select Quote or Order.
The actual fields that appear at the bottom of the Sales window may be filled in automatically if you selected default entries in the customer's card file. All the following fields are optional; complete only those that apply to the sale you're entering:
