To change a recurring template -- Details

  1. Wait until the next time you're ready to record the recurring transaction, then, open the appropriate transaction window -- Enter Sales, Enter Purchases, Spend Money, Receive Money, Pay Employees or Record Journal Entries.
  2. Click the Use Recurring button.
  3. A list of recurring templates you've created is displayed.
  4. Double-click the template you wish to change.
  5. Edit the transaction.

Note: If you change payroll tax amounts on a recurring paycheck template

If you make changes to the payroll tax amounts that appear on a recurring paycheck, the changes you make won't be stored for the next time you want to record the paycheck.

  1. Click Record.
  2. The next time you use the recurring template, the new detail will be displayed.
