- Wait until the next time you're ready to record the recurring transaction, then, open the appropriate transaction window -- Enter Sales, Enter Purchases, Spend Money, Receive Money, Pay Employees or Record Journal Entries.
- Click the Use Recurring button.
- A list of recurring templates you've created is displayed.
- Double-click the template you wish to change.
- Edit the transaction.
Note: If you change payroll tax amounts on a recurring paycheck template
If you make changes to the payroll tax amounts that appear on a recurring paycheck, the changes you make won't be stored for the next time you want to record the paycheck.
- Click Record.
- The next time you use the recurring template, the new detail will be displayed.
