To email a report

Note: If you plan to email a form or report, be sure that QuickTime 4 or a newer version is installed on your computer. QuickTime can be installed using your MYOB AccountEdge program CD.
- From the Reports menu, choose Index to Reports to open the Index to Reports window.
- Highlight the report you want to email. Use the Customize, Design and Format windows to make any changes you wish to the report, and then click the Display button.
- Click the Send To button and choose E-mail.
- The E-mail window will appear. Select the Customer, Supplier, Employee or Personal card you want from the drop down menu in the Name field. Select the arrow in the E-mail Address field to view alternate email addresses listed on this card. Make other entries as you wish.
- Click Send. The email has been sent to your default email application's outbox. Send the file from your email application as you would normally.
