The following fields are available in the Customize Checks window.

Data field name	Data that will print in this field if active	Active/Inactive field (Active field text label)
[Addr2 - Country]	The entry in the Country field from the Card Information window for the Address 2 location. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Addr3 - Country]	The entry in the Country field from the Card Information window for the Address 3 location. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Addr4 - Country]	The entry in the Country field from the Card Information window for the Address 4 location. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Addr5 - Country]	The entry in the Country field from the Card Information window for the Address 5 location. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Amount in English]	The amount entered on the transaction. Amounts up to and including 99,999.99 are printed in words; larger amounts are printed in numeric form.	Active
[Amount in Numeric]	Amount on transaction in numeric form	Inactive
[Card Custom Field 1]	The entry in the Custom Field #1 field of the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Card Custom Field 2]	The entry in the Custom Field #2 field of the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Card Custom Field 3]	The entry in the Custom Field #3 field of the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Card Custom List 1]	The entry in the Custom List #1 field of the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive

[Card ID]	The Card ID from the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Check Amount]	The amount entered on the transaction in numeric form	Active

[Company address]	The company address entered in the Company Information window	Inactive
[Company E-mail]	The email address entered in the Company Information window	Inactive
[Company Fax]	The fax number entered in the Company Information window	Inactive

[Contact Name]	The entry in the Contact field of the Address 1 location in the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive

[Notes from Card]	The entry in the Notes field of the Card Information window. This information will print only if a card has been entered on the transaction.	Inactive
[Payee]	The information entered or selected in the Payee field on the transaction	Active
[State Tax ID #]	The state tax ID entered in the Company Information window	Inactive
