Stub Layout - Regular

Customize regular check stubs by choosing Stub Layout - Regular from the Form menu in the Customize Checks window.

The following fields are available for customizing regular check stubs.

Data field name

Data that will print in this field if active

Active/Inactive field (Active field text label)

If you choose the Laser Check form, these fields appear twice -- once for each stub.

[Account Name]

The name of the allocation account entered on the transaction

Active

[Account #]

The allocation account entered on the transaction

Active
(Account Detail)

[Allocation Amount]

The allocation amount entered on the transaction

Active

[Category]

The financial tracking category assigned to the transaction associated with this check

Inactive

[Check Amount]

The amount entered on the transaction in numeric form

Active

[Check Number]

Check number entered on the transaction

Active

[Date]

Date entered on the transaction

Active

[Federal Tax ID #]

The federal tax ID entered in the Company Information window

Inactive

[Memo]

The memo entered in the Journal Memo field of transaction

Active

[Payee]

The information entered or selected in the Payee field on the transaction

Active

[State Tax ID #]

The state tax ID entered in the Company Information window

Inactive
