Stub Layout - Refund

Customize refund check stubs by choosing Stub Layout - Refund from the Form menu in the Customize Checks window.

The following fields are available for customizing refund check stubs.

Data field name

Data that will print in this field if active

Active/Inactive field (Active field text label)

If you choose the Laser Check form, these fields appear twice -- once for each stub.

[Allocation Amount]

Allocation amount on check

Active

[Category]

The financial tracking category assigned to the transaction associated with this check

Inactive

[Check Amount]

The amount that's displayed in the Amount field in the Settle Returns and Credits window in numeric form

Active

[Check Number]

Check number entered in the Settle Returns and Credits window

Active

[Date]

Date entered in the Settle Returns and Credits window

Active

[Federal Tax ID #]

The federal tax ID entered in Company Information window

Inactive

[Invoice #]

The invoice number of the customer credit

Active
(Credit For)

[Invoice Date]

The date of the customer credit

Active

[Memo]

The memo entered in the Journal Memo field of the Settle Returns and Credits window

Active

[Payee]

The information entered or selected in the Payee field in the Settle Returns and Credits window

Active

[State Tax ID #]

The state tax ID entered in the Company Information window

Inactive

[Vendor's #]

Allocation account on transaction

Active

[YTD Debits]

The total debits that have been applied to pay this bill

Inactive

[YTD Discounts]

The total discounts that have been applied to this bill
