[Purchase Status]	The status of the purchase at the time it is printed -- Bill, Order or Quote	Active
[Qty.]	The amount entered in the Received or Backordered field on the purchase	Active (QTY.)
(SALESPERSON)	Optional space for entering the name of the salesperson associated with this transaction. NOTE: To enter information here, you must create a text field in this space and type the name in that field.	Label only; no pre-defined field
[Salutation]	The name or title entered in the Salutation field on the Card Information window -- Profile view for the Address 1 Location	Inactive
[Ship Date]	The date entered in the Promised Date field on the transaction	Active (SHIP DATE)
[Ship Via]	The ship method entered on the transaction	Active (SHIP VIA)
[Shipping Address]	The shipping address entered on the transaction	Active (Ship To)
[State Tax ID #]	The state tax ID entered in the Company Information window	Inactive
[Subtotal]	The total of the line item amounts on the purchase (no tax included)	Inactive
[Subtotal + tax]	Includes the subtotal amount plus the tax on the subtotal	Inactive
[Vendor's Item #]	The number entered in the Vendor Item Number field found in the Buying Details view of the Item Information window	Active (ITEM NO.)
[Tax]	The amount of tax charged for line items and freight on the purchase	Active (SALES TAX)
[Tax Code - Freight]	An X is printed if the freight entered on the purchase is taxed	Active
[Tax ID Number]	The tax ID number entered in the Card Information window -- Selling Details view	Inactive
[Taxed]	An X is printed if the Tx column is marked on the transaction for the line item.	Active (TX.)
[Terms]	The terms that appear on the top of the transaction (that is, next to the Terms zoom arrow)	Active (TERMS)
[Total]	The total of the line items plus tax and freight charges. (Doesn't reflect any payments that may have been applied.)	Active (TOTAL)
[Unit]	The entry in the Selling Unit of Measure field in the Selling Details view of the Item Information window for the line item	Active (UNIT)
[Vend Inv #]	The entry in the Vendor Inv # field on the transaction	Active (YOUR NO.)
[WWW]	The World Wide Web address entered on the Card Information window -- Profile view for the Address 1 Location	Inactive
