Although you can customize your Form W-3 using AccountEdge, forms that don't match governmental guidelines won't be accepted. We recommend that you use the standard form setup.

The aggregate amount of advance EIC payments made to all employees designated for this W-3 in the Review W-3 Before Printing window

The company address entered in the Company Information window
