The To Do List window -- Stock Alert tab provides a quick way to review a list of inventoried items that you'll need to order or build in the near future.
If you want an alert to appear in the To Do List window whenever the item's quantity on hand falls to a specified level, you'll first enter that information in in the Item Information window -- Buying Details tab for that item.
