To change an accrual

Payroll > Managing payroll categories > Changing payroll categories > To change an accrual

Please note that this task requires single-user access. See Single-user file locking for more information.

The Payroll Category List window should be displayed. (To find the Payroll Category List window)

  1. Click the Accruals tab to display a list of all existing accruals in the AccountEdge system.
  2. Highlight the accrual you want to change and click Edit to open the Accrual Information window.
  3. Make the changes to the accrual that you want.
  4. Click OK when you're finished.
