| If you chose to install MYOB Help on your computer when you installed your MYOB software, the full help system is available to you at any time. If you chose not to install MYOB Help, you still have access to a few important topics like Late-Breaking Changes, but no other help files are available on your computer. Even if you chose not to install MYOB Help on your computer, you can access it on the World Wide Web if your computer has access to the Internet. MYOB Help on the World Wide Web is updated on a continuing basis. This makes it a great resource for the latest information about your software, even if you've installed MYOB Help on your computer. Switching between your computer and the Web There may be times when you want to switch from MYOB Help on your computer to the Web-based version, or back again (for example, if you lose your Internet connection, or if you can't find the information you want on your computer and you want to check our updated version on the Web). To do so:
If your web browser is open, the information in the browser will be refreshed, and help for the currently active window will be displayed, from the location (your computer or the Internet) that you selected in step 3. If your browser is closed, the change will take effect the next time you display MYOB Help using your MYOB software. You can switch between the two help locations whenever you like. Keep in mind, though, that you must have a connection to the Internet if you wish to access the Web-based version of MYOB Help. |
