Yes. To do this, open the Preferences window and in the Windows view mark the option labeled "Select and Display Account Name, Not Account Number." When this option is marked, the Account Number columns and fields are replaced by Account Name columns and fields. In Select From Lists, your accounts will be listed alphabetically by account name, as well.
