MYOB AccountEdge allows you to assign the same slip ID number to multiple activity slips. If you use the numbers automatically supplied by AccountEdge, duplicate numbers won't occur, but it's generally not a problem if they do.
If you didn't intend to assign a duplicate slip ID number to the second activity slip and you wish to change it, however, you can do so. Begin by displaying the Detail View of the View Activity Log window; locate the activity slip and click the zoom arrow to the left of it. The activity slip will appear in the Enter Activity Slip window as you originally entered it. Depending upon how your preferences have been set, you can either edit the slip ID number or reverse the transaction and reenter it with the correct slip ID number.
