The Sign-on window allows you to enter your user ID and your password, if you have one, to open the company file you selected.
User IDs prevent the unauthorized use of company files. They can be set up to keep people from using specific parts of the MYOB AccountEdge system, or even from the entire system. The person who set up your company file - your system administrator - will assign user IDs for each person authorized to use the MYOB AccountEdge system. Your user ID may be linked to a password, which you can change, if you wish.
