The Select from List windows are used throughout the MYOB AccountEdge system. They allow you to view lists of records that you have created in the AccountEdge system and to make a selection from the list to take the next applicable step.

The unique feature of this layout of the Select from List window is the checkmark column. You can click the checkmark button at the top of the column to select all the records in the list, or you can mark (or unmark) each record individually. This allows you complete flexibility in choosing just the records you want -- as many or as few, consecutive or non-consecutive. This window is used in three ways:

• To select filters in the Report Customization window.

• To select the fields you want to include in a custom form, in any Customize window.

• To select the payment methods you want to include in the Prepare Bank Deposit window, when you choose to select receipts by Payment Method rather than by All Payment Methods.
