Card Information window - Payroll Details window - Deductions




Employee Name

The name of the employee that was entered in the Profile view of the Card Information window appears in the left corner.

Checkmark (Assign) column

Click in this column next to an deduction if you want to assign that deduction to an employee. The deductions you select will be displayed in the Pay Employees window and calculated on an employee's paychecks.

Click the checkmark button at the top of this column to mark all the deduction in the list. Click again to clear all marks from this column.

Deduction column

This column displays a list of all the deductions that have been set up in the Deduction Information window. All deductions are displayed, regardless of whether they've been assigned to the selected employee.

Click the zoom arrow next to the deduction in this column to open the Deduction Information window.

Print

Click this button to print the Employee Payroll List report.

Create New Payroll Category

Click this button to open the Deduction Information window, where you can create a new employee deduction.

New button

Click this button to open a new Card Information window.

OK button

Click this button to accept the entries you've made in this window
