To change an account's level (Up and down buttons)

Accounts > Maintaining accounts > Changing, deleting or inactivating accounts >>

The Accounts List window should be displayed. (To find the Accounts List window)

  1. Highlight the account you want to change in the Accounts List window.


Note:  Some account levels can't be changed

  1. Click the Up or Down button at the bottom of the window to change the account up or down one level.
