To delete a customer credit

Sales > Handling customer credits and returns > Finding, deleting and reversing customer credits >>

Use this procedure only if your transactions are changeable. (Choosing changeable or unchangeable transactions)

  1. The customer credit you want to delete should be displayed.


  2. Choose Delete Credit from the Edit menu.
