To verify your company file (during backup)

Maintenance > Verifying company files >>

An MYOB AccountEdge company file should be open. The Preferences window should be displayed. (To find the Preferences window - Security view)

  1. Click the Security tab.


  2. Mark the box labeled Check Company File for Errors Before the Backup Process, then click OK.


  3. The next time you begin to back up your company file, the data verification process will begin. (Verifying company files)
