Select the right location for your backup
A default location for your backup is automatically displayed in the dialog box. If you would prefer a different location for your backup, select a different location.
Normally, the backup will be stored in a folder called "Backup." If you decide to store your backup in another location, make a note of the name and new location so that you can easily find the file if you want to restore it later using MYOB AccountEdge. For example, if you want to store the backup on a removable disk, be sure to specify the correct disk drive.
Use the pop-up menu at the top of the dialog box to choose the hard disk drive or removable disk where you want the backup to be located. If you want to store the backup in a folder on the drive, choose the folder you want from the list that appears in the middle of the dialog box.
