AccountEdge provides an extensive set of well-designed form layouts so you can begin printing professional-looking documents immediately. Each MYOB AccountEdge form is unique in the information it provides and the specific layout it uses. A set of pre-printed form layouts is designed to print properly on MYOB software-compatible business forms, and may fully serve your business needs. If the AccountEdge form layouts meet your requirements, you don't need to customize your forms.
Occasionally, however, you may need to make changes to specific forms to better accommodate your business needs or to better match the layouts of your pre-printed forms. You can modify the look and content of individual forms in many ways. You can choose the type of information you want on your form, determine where and how individual data fields should appear, add graphics to enhance the appearance of your form, change fonts and styles, and draw lines and rectangles. You can also design and print text, fields, borders and form backgrounds in just about any color you can imagine. You can even specify the size of the paper you'll use to print your form.
You can customize any form layout just before you print the form, or you can use the options available through the AccountEdge Setup menu to customize and save your form layouts for later use. In other words, there's little you can't do when you're customizing a form.
