If you've been working on a job for some time before you enter its information into MYOB AccountEdge, you can quickly update your AccountEdge records by entering all the previous activity for the job on an account-by-account basis.
Enter the balances in the Job Opening Balances window. This window shows only your income, cost of sales, expense, other income and other expense accounts. These are the accounts that are used to track the job profit and loss.
