Reviewing the data that you've entered for your jobs and understanding their effect on your overall financial picture is an important part of managing your job activity. MYOB AccountEdge contains a number of tools that allow you to review your job information so you can make better decisions about your business.

A number of AccountEdge reports allow you to view your job activity. You'll find job reports by selecting Reports > Index to Reports > Accounts tab.

Two reports, Job Exception [Cash Transactions] report and Job Exception [Invoice Transactions] report, display transactions that don't include a job number.

Understanding the "big picture" of your job activity will help identify income trends, recognize possible cost overruns and anticipate your company's future revenues. The Analyze Jobs window will help you perform this important task by providing lists of your job activity.
